Howdy!
Thank you for all the wonderful birthday wishes, I’m back from a wonderful time with our daughter, Liliana, at “The Cabin”. Every time we retreat to this haven in the Olympic National Forest magical kingdom I feel even more in love.
I’m delighted to be back teaching Saturday morning classes with Nia 5 Stages “Awareness” and Queen Latifah “Sexi”. We’re getting excited about Sunday’s Rock Star 1pm LOVE Jam. (remember to sign up before midnight Saturday).
Joe and I begin a road trip next Wednesday to reach Vegas by 2/23/24 for the St. Jude 1/2 marathon, our Soma Annual Soma Fundraiser. We’ve raised $3,789.02 so far 75% of our goal to raise $5000.
We have 3 super Soma retreats coming up, the next being a 5 day “Find your Inner Magic” Women’s retreat.
