Thank you retreat leader Amy Neel and all the fabulous “half way to high altitude” retreaters. We loved hosting you and seeing you fully enjoying the facilities at Soma Ranch. From roasting marshmallows, feeding the donkeys, dancing in the studio, getting a sound bath with Helen, performing on the back deck, having a full moon fire hooping dance extravaganza, all y’all reminded us what it means to be fully alive and living life to the full.
Something we enjoyed witnessing was how every person in the retreat was supported, accepted and encouraged. There was a wide variety of personalities, skill level and experience and everybody was praised, cheered and celebrated.

High Altitude Hoop Retreats is a subsidiary of Mad About Hoops. It was created by friends and flowmies, Madison McBurney and Amy Neel. They have been manifesting their dreams into reality together since 2014.
