How has this year been for you? for me it's been an incredible contrast of highs and lows, with painful deaths and beautiful beginnings, big disappointments and HUGE successes/joys. I'm glad to be turning the page, facing the last day of this year, fully ready (and glad) to say Goodbye 2022, stepping into saying Hello to what I hope is a LIGHT year in many ways. I'm filled with optimism as our teaching team and program has truly shifted from a ME to a WE. I'd be thrilled if you'd like to join me ONLINE this morning to Ring in the New Year with healing, movement and dance.
