This Saturday morning we'll be "Looking Inward” with the intent to Shine Joy + Light Outward
Several participants asked if we could experience the Chakra Crystal Bowl Nia 5 Stages class again. Yes! why not begin the year as we ended the last, with healing energy and light. The 10am class compliments the theme of looking inwards to shine outwards with the movement experience to the album The Mask and Mirror by Loreena McKennitt.
