How wonderful to enjoy a Nia class to celebrate Valentines Day! One of the great things about attending a Nia class is you don’t need a partner to come enjoy the dance! Of course you can bring friends if you like, yet how wonderful to be freely able to enjoy dance.

Our special class will focus on a “love affair” with the body.

Exploring The Body’s Way, with romantic music, we will dance the hour away with the intent to feel even more in love with our body by the end of class.

Stay for Chai Tea and Sauna after class for an extra lovely treat for $25.
