Thank you returning Nia belt participants, Kelly Marie Harris, Gigi Greene, Debra Nagengast, for your cheerful presence, and wonderful support. Guests who have already experience this level of Nia Belt, who choose to return, learn more and go deeper, bring a fabulous extra layer to the training retreat experience, something that benefits everyone on the course (them, the new participants and Helen, as the trainer)

We came, we got to know each other, we danced, we learned, we shared, we ate, we swam (yes! some of us enjoyed the COLD PLUNGE after sauna sessions) we played with donkeys, we fed horses, we laughed, we even fitted in a boat ride on Lake Conroe and then, suddenly we graduated, celebrated and the girls were in the car on their way back to the IAH airport.

Lovely to witness each person’s transformation and delightful how some are already planning and booking their next visit to Soma. We love when the room works so well for a guest they share “I’d like to book NOW so I can guarantee getting “MY ROOM” again next time”
