Reconnecting with dear friend (and fabulous somatic mover/teacher) Maria was an absolute JOY.
We hope you’ve entered into 2025 with joy in your heart. Joe and Helen reached a major milestone this week and we are making plans at Soma.
Paul is teaching a fabulous Nia 5 Stages about Psoas and Sound at 8:45am this Saturday. Then Maria Skinner is teaching her first “Be Soul” Dance class online at 10am.
As usual classes are available online via Zoom and through 24HR replay.
We are loving our 30 day January Journey with JOY and really appreciate the support and feedback from our lovely community.
