Howdy! and Holy Moly do we have a great month ahead of us here at Soma. Whether dropping by in person to the ranch, or hopping online via zoom, we’d love to see you and have a wonderful line up of classes, special events and retreats for you!
Today (Feb 1) Co-Owners Joe and Helen Terry kick off our annual Soma “off the track” Black retreat experience.
We have several public opportunities for you (including extra classes, get together and JAM) to get a little taste of the retreat and perhaps enjoying getting to meet some of the retreat attendees.
This coming Monday, Feb 3, is our Monthly Cuppa AND we’re celebrating Helen’s Birthday, there will be cake (thank you Emily S!)
Now’s a perfect time to sign up for February challenge (the month of LOVE). and save the date February 18th is our Rock Star Sunday 1pm Jam.
