This Saturday Soma Ranch Co-Owner, Helen Terry, is teaching both the 8:45am Nia 5 Stages class and the 10:00am.

Helen is thrilled to be Celebrating the graduation of another Nia White “Art of Sensation” 7 day retreat.

This Saturday we focus on Natural Time as we prepare for the New Year in Natural Time (July 25).

  • 10am Nia class will continue this focus Natural Time and Movement forms with the Nia Routine R1.

The nine movement forms of Nia provide an opportunity to infuse different dynamics, or energy personalities, into the practice, providing us with a buffet of sensations and variety.The intent will be to have a felt sense of the different movement personalities moving through our joints and connective tissue.

Natural Time in Nia is the practice of activating the movement of energy through the 13 main joints: ankles, knees, hips, wrists, elbows, shoulders, and entire spine.

This class is ONLINE via Zoom and 24HR replay upon request. = 2 great choices:

This movement experience is suitable for beginners and people of all different fitness backgrounds.
