30 Day Movement Challenge, Soma Teacher, Paul Duff, created a fabulous routine for Tuesday’s “FreeDance” Experience. Helen was inspired to “sandwich” Paul’s songs into the Whitney Houston songs she’s working on for the Saturday morning class.
