In Natural Time there are 13 tones and 20 tribes. Starting with Tone 1 and Tribe 1 we rotate through 260 different combinations, finishing with Tone 13 and Tribe 20.

Lovely to be back from Rancho La Puerta after an amazing 2 week retreat relaxing and sharing the Joys of Nia.
