DEAR 30 Day Nia Challengers,
Thank you for being part of a fabulous month of daily Nia classes, friendly connection and wonderful support. Our focus this month was creativity and wow! thank you for all the encouragement, laughs, feedback and joy you brought to the experience. This sacred safe space full of love and acceptance was the perfect support to help light me up, explore creativity deep and wide and the joy to give back some wonderful collaborative community class experiences.
