WATCH, FREEDANCE, MOVE
Enjoy an afternoon playing with fellow Nia fans.
WATCH: We watch, on the big screen, a little of the wonderful Nia Trainer, Ann Christiansen sharing about the moves of Levity.
FREEDANCE: We Freedance to the music, listening and dancing freely.
MOVE: Enjoy a “Blue Monkey, with Simple Kata option on the side” class - what does that mean? Helen will improvise teach, listening and dancing to the music. Her “simple kata formula”, where we dance one move per song, is the fun back up plan!
In general we have a lot of fun getting together and playing with one of the latest Nia routines.
This is a fun event suitable for all levels.
