Receive 7 LIVE classes each week, class times are balanced between 8am and 10am Central US Time. With the 24HR RECORDING Replays you don’t have to worry about missing a class due to your schedule. Simply click the recording link any time, night or day, and catch up in your natural time. Each recording is conveniently sent automatically via email. You also have the option to join our private Facebook group support. All for only $99.
