Congratulations Geri Timmins, who has completed her first ever Nia White Belt “Art of Sensation” Retreat Training. This has been a 16 year journey (she took the Nia White Belt with Helen in Cardiff 16 years ago). Geri has developed as a teacher, community leader, training host/producer and now has graduated as a Nia Trainer.
