Some of us carry wounds associated with our inner child, myself included. If connecting with your inner child and allowing "them" to play is too much, consider imagining yourself as another child, either fictitious or one you know personally. Stay open to the invitation to be easy, light and gentle with yourself as you welcome play in. Weaving our 5 stages experience of relaxed jaw into our 10 am class creates greater ease and space for playfulness and freedom.
