Good Morning! I’m here in the UK celebrating my birthday with my parents.

What a gift to be here AND to know how classes are being covered by wonderful, talented, helpful, loving teachers and helpers.

This morning enjoy Natasha and Erin teaching Nia 5 Stages 8:45am and Nia 10am classes.

Thank you Carolina for being the “hostess of the mostess”, as a wonderful ambassador of our program Carolina navigates the zoom room, remembers to record and introduces the guest teachers.

Thank you to Hananda who retrieves the zoom recording, edits the email and sends out the recording to all our 30 challengers. Yes! this takes a village and I ADORE this team.
