The special Saturday night Chakra Movement Meditation experience with live chakra sounding bowls and rainbow of light power point was well attended in person and ONLINE. We included an immersion of the latest Nia Routine “Levity” on the Sunday. Thank you Cynthia, JoAnn, Carrie and Peggy for joining us in person, and Ines, Nan, Mary for joining us ONLINE via Zoom! We raised $50 towards our St. Jude fundraiser.
