After most Nia trainings being ONLINE for the past 2 years, precious moments happen at the beginning of Nia Trainings at Soma Ranch when folks get together IN PERSON for the first time.

To hug someone in the flesh, to look them in the eye and to be with them in a 3 dimensional space, after having got to know each other on a daily basis through 2 years of the 30 day challenge is delightful.

Here Kelly Marie and Carolina got together in person for the first time. They both took the 30 days ONLINE challenges through 2021 and then chose the 365 day challenge for 2022. Through these programs they have seen each other almost everyday for 2 years ONLINE before being together at Soma Ranch.
