This morning I went for a run at Soma Ranch. As the moon set and the sun rose, I followed my compulsion to take a few photos of the amazing light I was seeing and remarkable experience I was having. As I glanced from the West and the East, from the set to the rise, I felt the big shift I was experiencing inside of me, was simultaneously being reflected back at me by what I was seeing.
Then, this afternoon, my dear friend Dr. Deb Kern shared information about last night's full moon...
Here’s what psychologist and astrologer Lorna Bevan had to say about it:
“This is a Moon of permanent endings - foreshadowing new beginnings ….even your most precious beliefs and realizations about “Me and the life I thought I was living” may fall apart and dissolve in front of your eyes.
…There may be unpredictable shocks, reversals or insights that electrify you out of your comfort zone, teaching you to collaborate with the inevitable.”
Wow! I'm only reading this now AND yet felt this way this morning ha!!
today has unfolded like no other day before
I taught my Nia class like no other day - feeling a new vibration/inspiration
I feel as if i'm riding on the coat tails of something great,
fully prepared and participating to "collaborate with the inevitable"
thoughts for tomorrow's class
Focus: Dissolve
Intent: Resolve
Philippians 4:6-8 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
1 Peter 4:12-13 Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice insofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed.
