We Are Resilient

Recently Nia International invited us to collaborate and celebrate with Nia teachers and students all around the world to co-create a celebration of our individual and collective RESILIENCE! When asked what location best represents where you are in the world? The Soma Ranch pool came high on the list, as did "dancing with horses and donkeys". Here's Helen sharing how she adapted the choreography from Song 8, “Can’t Help Myself” from the new Nia routine RESILIENCE, in to the water.

Funny... i find horses are like children, after Roger and Zephyr had been incredibly cool with choreography and clicks, as soon as we began to record, they danced to a different drum! The song gets cut off a little early when Zephyr decides he really wants to be upfront and center!
