Yes! we’ve been having a BLAST this week in Nia classes with Diva music compilation playlists.
Saturday 10am Nia Class will be a combo of the grand finale of our wonderful 30 day October Challenge AND the wonderful completion of our Diva Dance week.
With our 10am Saturday class being so close to Halloween, feel free to play dress up in whatever brings you joy.
We’ve been playing with the idea of “Vegas”, “Dress up” and “Sparkle”. You are welcome to wear whatever brings you joy.
