What a wonderful joy to reconnect with the Nia Fort Worth tribe at the beautiful URBAN YOGA studio. Great to see so many familiar faces of participants from Nia trainings with Helen and frequent guests at Soma Ranch retreats.

Katy Hobbs (bottom left in photo) took Helen’s 6th Nia white belt over 20 years ago, she and Megan (bottom right in photo) have hosted fabulous retreats, for their local teachers and participants, at Soma Ranch.

We look forward to their return to retreat in October this year!
