Broccoli water has become my standard for many wellness situations:
- when I need to reset after eating/drinking more food/sugar than usual
- when I am running a fever
- when I have an upset stomach
- when I have tooth ache
- when I have an infection
- when I want to loose some weight
How to make Broccoli Water:
- Boil a big clump of broccoli water for 15+ minutes
- Add pinch of sea sale
- Optional: add coconut oil
- Optional: add a splash of apple cider vinegar
- Drain broccoli and enjoy the broth
I often make a big batch, keep it warm on the stove and draw a mug about once an hour.
