Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday

• Public classes at 11am ($15)
• Lunch at noon ($15)
• Enjoy a day retreat ($25)
• Enjoy a 6 Day Full Board, Inclusive Nia Retreat ($400)

It is very helpful when you can RSVP, yet not required.

Foot Detox on 6pm onwards ($40)
Massage appointments 6pm onwards ($90)

Wednesday
Reflexology on Wednesday 6pm onwards ($90)
