Nia 5 stages is a fabulous practice for brain and body wellness. A daily practice of Nia 5 stages can relieve tension, dissipate pain and shift thought patterns.
With 20 days left in 2020 we are initiating a fun challenge through to the end of the year. To do Nia 5 stages every day for the next 20 days.
Even one minute of Nia 5 stages before going to bed satisfies the challenge. Every day Helen Terry will post on FaceBook (www.facebook.com/helenterrysoma and www.facebook.com/groups/helenterry) something about "I did it" or I'm "5 for 5".
There are 3 easy steps to this challenge:
1. do the Nia 5 stages Practice
(Your Body’s way, for at least a minute!)
2. when you see Helen Terry’s Daily FB post
add a comment: like"I did it post”, "me too!", "did it in my PJs", "slipped it into class today"
and/or post with hashtag #Nia5StagesYES
3. celebrate and have fun ;-)

There are many ways to get creative with this practice and challenge, suggested options include:
make it 5 minute practice (one min of each stage)
make it a 7 minute practice, by adding a minute of getting up and getting down, followed by laughing on your belly, back, sitting, standing (15 seconds each)
